We would like to announce several updates regarding recent changes to our NON- QM Prime/Credit program.

The effective date of the updated Guide and Matrices is Monday, April 21, 2025.

Any loan locked on or after April 21,2025 will be subject to the new guide and matrices.

Prime Program Expansion & Guideline Update

Prime and Credit matrices were combined, retaining the name of Prime.

1Year and Alt Doc Credit Program Removal Notice

- Credit Matrices will be retired. Refer to Prime matrices guides.

-Maximum Loan Amount Increased

:$2,500,001 – $3,000,000 (Previously capped at $2.5M)

-Housing Event seasoning reduced from 48 months to 36 months.

-Rural Property is allowed with LTV/CLTV Restriction.
